Additionally, you can pack duffle bags and suitcases, and store those with us as well. Please check out packing guide here for some tips on packing.

No, unfortunately we can only use our storage buckets. This ensures ultimate protection to your goods and also helps the environement since our storage buckets are made from recylced plastic and are recycled (again) as they wear down over time.
After registering, you will be contacted about receiving your bucket(s) along with two security seals for every storage bucket. In addition, you're more than welcome to use your own locks to keep your belongings secured.
If this happens, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you, as quickly as possible. We usually try to give you a few extra, just in case.
If you are storing anything other than a Storage Bucket over the summer, you will receive a plastic label holder and zip tie to affix to your other items.

In order to offer the ultimate level of convenience to college students, Storage Bucket often negotiates operating agreements with universities. When we are able to obtain such agreements, we don't just pick-up your belongings, we pick them up directly from your dorm room after you've already left campus for the summer! That's right, you don't even need to be present when we come get your things! Through the agreement with your university, we are given access to your locked dorm room to pick-up your things. This makes your job very easy: pack and enjoy your summer!
Alternatively, if we do not have an agreement with your univerisity, you must be present to sign in our moving team during move-out and move-in periods.
Please NOTE: we do not have an agreement with every university we operate at. Check with us or your university to clarify if you are unsure.
Yes. We offer summer session pick ups at select schools (Yeshiva University - Wilf, Yeshiva University - Stern, and NYU). To store some of your belongings at the end of the Spring semester and some after a summer session, you would need to first sign up for the things you'd like to store at the end of this semester, and then sign up for the remaining items after June 4th (for summer session I) and after July 4th (for summer session II).
Sure, simply include in the comments section of your account that your fridge (or other item) should be delivered to your sibling/friend's dorm room and include their name and contact information. Also, when you label you fridge, include a taped note (on a standard piece of paper) saying the same thing mentioned above.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any more questions.
